Everything is prepared from scratch using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Menus are designed to suit your day, your guests and your style. From relaxed lunches to full dining experiences, we work with local suppliers and adapt menus throughout the year. All food is homemade and served up fresh from our professional on-site kitchen. Good food brings people together — and it’s often what guests remember most.
Patrick’s been in the catering and hospitality industry since 1999 and his experience spans the vibrant food landscapes of Scotland and beyond. Teamed with a talented kitchen team, all their combined expertise means they know exactly what’s needed for successful event catering.
Anything is possible at Pratis – and that includes food. You can build your own custom menu in collaboration with Patrick with no restrictions: whatever you fancy, that’s what we’ll do. To make planning easy, all quotes include essential tableware and event staff, so there are no hidden costs.
To keep things simple for you we have our own range of British Churchill China crockery, Churchill 18/10 stainless steel cutlery, and a full selection of Chef & Sommelier glassware available. Chivari chairs with ivory pads and the option of either round tables or rustic timber trestles are included with the venue hire too. We also have linen tablecloths and napkins included.
